Time is under the sovereignty of God while opportunity in under the sovereignty of man. We can think of it as, "Time is God’s and opportunity is man's." "Time" and "opportunity," and "God" and "man," they become one through faith. They become one through understanding of the word and receiving grace. When "time" and "opportunity" unite, history is created and culture is born. Although God has given time, if we do not take that time as opportunity then the history of man will be futile. That is why we must grasp onto time and turn it into opportunity.
